We love this place! We arrive to the island early and they got us a room with early check-in. Janet & Elisa we're super nice and helpful. Our room was nice and clean. It was on the third floor and it had an awesome patio area. Janet and Elisa gave us great recommendations on everything. They let us know the easiest way to get around was by using the Ride Circuit app. They also gave us great suggestions on where to eat. On the first night we were there, we got Antonio's Pizza and watched the Dodger game. They also gave us a great recommendation for breakfast and where to go to get fresh locally caught fish. We also love the coffee in the morning. We would definitely stay there again.

I was here from April 10-12, 2025 visiting Santa Catalina island for vacation. This hotel was very cheap and alright. It was close to an Escape Room, Mini Golf Course, Vons, and other things. There’s a TV and fridge in the room we were in. Some things that need improvement to make the hotel better: Ceiling fan should be fixed, AC unit needs TLC (It did work but was a bit wonky), WiFi wasn’t available for our room until the 2nd day (It was okay, nothing that special), we requested a maid to clean our room while we were out but they never came. This hotel is alright, if you need a cheap hotel, just come here, it may be tough dealing with some tiny issues but they will be improved as time goes by. You will be within walking distance to the previous attractions and other places I previously mentioned. Also, this is the first time I reviewed a hotel on Google Maps.

I liked the location the most because it was about a 5-10 minute walk from the main street so far enough not to be in the middle of all the activities but close enough to not need a golf cart. The room is kind of small but as expected when you are near the beach. We stayed for 2 nights so our room wasn't serviced. I am accustomed for room service to at least make your bed and bring fresh towels on a daily basis but you probably have to request it at this hotel. The continental breakfast consists of granola bars, cookies and coffee. They had a pancake machine but it wasn't working. I would have liked some fruit at least.

Pictures don't do it justice. The host was very responsive and flexible, we just left our bags in storage until checking in and out. We had the larger room with great views and a massage chair, which was phenomenal. Never even needed to rent a golf cart, around the corner from the store and all the restaurants. Highly recommend, would definitely come back here.

I enjoyed this hotel, my room was small but was nicely decorated and I had a bit of a view of the ocean. Price was good and the hostess was nice and accommodating. They serve a minimal breakfast but greatly appreciated. The location is not far and walking distance to everything. The only downsides are lots of stairs and one night my shower was not real hot, not horrible on either account and I definitely would stay here again.

Great find. Multilevel makes for an interesting layout. The top floor king view room was excellent. Location was very convenient, right next to the museum and metropole plaza. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. Thank you for a great weekend.

We only stayed for one night, but were very pleased with our experience. The gal out front was accessible by phone if she wasn’t in the office and we were able to store our luggage in the storage room before and after our check out. The room was fairly small, but it served all the needs we had (hairdryer, iron and iron board, extra towels, extra blanket) and it seemed clean!
